Welcome to Aapka Finance. By accessing our website, using our EMI calculators, or submitting loan inquiry forms, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of Service (Intermediary / DSA)

Aapka Finance is an independent loan aggregator and Direct Selling Agent (DSA). Aapka Finance does NOT directly provide credit or act as a banking institution. All loan decisions—including approvals, rejections, interest rates, loan amounts, and tenures—are at the sole discretion of the partner bank or NBFC.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be Indian citizens aged 21 to 58 years.
• Must possess a valid PAN and Aadhaar.
• Must have an active bank account and regular verifiable income (salaried or self-employed).

3. No Upfront Fee Policy

Aapka Finance does NOT charge prospective applicants any upfront fee for loan inquiries or checking eligibility. If anyone claims to represent Aapka Finance and asks for money into a personal UPI or bank account to process a loan, do NOT pay and notify us immediately.

4. Accuracy of Provided Information

You agree to provide true, current, and complete details in the inquiry forms. Providing fraudulent information may lead to rejection and legal action under Indian law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Calculations shown on our EMI tool are estimates for illustrative purposes only. Actual EMI and loan terms may vary depending on credit score, lender policy, and verified income documents.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
